September 5th 2016, was the day i was diagnosed with the Motor Neuron Disease (MND) also known Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) or Lou Gherigs disease.
MND is a insidious disease that cuts good men and women down in their prime, it doesn’t discriminate gender, creed or colour, it slowly destroys its victims by paralysing muscle groups, its a killer in every way.
Hope, Faith, Trust and Respect are required in this battle however strange as it may seem, there has never been a better time to have MND/ALS, there is great research being done here in Australia and around the World, the dream is to live on without MND/ALS.
